The Care agenda gathers every due care reminder from the items and projects you may see into one list. Notifications tell you when something is due, in the app, by email, by push or through your calendar.
Before you start #
Be signed in and online. Reminders are made on items and projects; see Care reminders.
Open the Care agenda #
Open the User info menu (your picture) and press Care agenda. It lists Overdue tasks first, then today and the coming days.
- Done ticks a task done; Skip marks it skipped. Both go into the item's care history.
- Add alarm (Android only, on alerts that are still ahead) adds an alarm to the phone's clock app.
Notification settings #
Open My account > Notifications.
- Push on this device: press Turn on to get push notices on the device you are using.
- At once or Daily digest: single notices as they come, or one digest a day. The digest needs Premium.
- Quiet hours: notices wait until the quiet hours end.
- Show task names in notifications: off means a push says only "A care task is due", without the task's name.
- The notification sound, on Android.
Calendar feed #
Calendar feed gives a private link your calendar app can subscribe to, so care tasks show in your calendar. Press Show link, then Copy. New link stops the old one.
Received notices #
Notices you have received are listed in Messages > Notifications, with Mark all read.
Family and company workspaces #
A reminder can be set for everyone with access, for yourself or for one member. A kid account gets its reminders in the app; its guardians are also told. Care history stays with the item even when a member leaves; it is then shown as written by a former member.
